My son is currently attending this great small private Chinese immersion school and we couldn’t be happier. The school is a house that offers a small setting that is exactly what we were looking for. The teachers are very attentive and the owner is extremely flexible with the hours and scheduling. Each morning the kids are dropped according to the parents’ schedule and there are no strict time attendance or penalties. The kids have free play time before circle time and often there are arts & craft activities that vary in theme. Weather permitting, the school has a huge back yard with plenty of play structures for the kids to enjoy. My son has been going there for 6 months now and we can really notice his growth and understanding of Mandarin. If you are looking for small private, home school setting with a chance your kids to learn Mandarin then I highly recommend you give this school a chance. The parents or child are not required to be of Chinese origin as quite a few of the families are not, including us.
